Preparation Time


2-4 basil leaves chiffonade
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
salt & black pepper to taste
1-2 cloved garlic minced
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil good quality
3 large roma tomatoes diced
3 cups penne pasta cooked
1-2 tablespoons parmesan cheese grated (optional)

1. In a large bowl, place the hot cooked pasta.

2. Add the remaining ingredients and toss.

3. Plate the pasta in your serving dish and garnish with basil.

4. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese. (optional)
