Fresh Tomato & Basil Pasta Toss

Amount | Ingredient | Preparation |
---|---|---|
2-4 | basil leaves | chiffonade |
1 tablespoon | balsamic vinegar | |
salt & black pepper | to taste | |
1-2 cloved | garlic | minced |
1 tablespoon | extra virgin olive oil | good quality |
3 large | roma tomatoes | diced |
3 cups | penne pasta | cooked |
1-2 tablespoons | parmesan cheese | grated (optional) |
1. In a large bowl, place the hot cooked pasta.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and toss.
3. Plate the pasta in your serving dish and garnish with basil.
4. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese. (optional)
