Asparagus with Holliandaise Sauce

1 bunch asparagus
1 T lemon juice
4 egg yokes
1/2 cup melted butter
to taste salt

1. Boil water. Add asparagus for 2 1/2 - 3 mins. Remove.

2. Combine 1 T lemon juice and yokes. Wisk until 2x in size.

3. Wisk in 1/2 cup melted butter slowly. Add salt to taste.

4. Serve asparagus with sauce drizzled on top.
