Baked Tilapia with Avocado

2 cups cabbage chopped
1/4 stick Butter
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 clove garlic minced
6 Tilapia Fillet
1 avocado diced

1. Arrange Fish Fillets in baking tray.
Cover with slivers of butter and garlic. Season to taste. Chop cabbage and distribute.
Dice avocado and arrange over everything.

2. Cover baking tray with aluminum foil. Poke little holes in the foil, more if you want dryer fish. Bake for 30 minutes at 375 or until fish flakes apart.
