|1||green pepper, sliced|
|2 cups||fresh cilantro|
|1 can||Pinto beans|
1. This recipe is extremely flexible. Many of the burrito ingredients are optional.
2. I like to cook the onions and green peppers first. Saute them in Canola oil for about 15 minutes on medium high heat. Add fresh Cilantro and taco seasoning. Optionally add minced garlic, diced tomato, salsa, or additional vegetables.
3. cook the chicken and pinto beans. Add fajita seasoning or taco seasoning. optionally add minced red peppers or garlic.
4. serve on tortillas with additional ingredients like guacamole, cheese, lettuce, tomato.
