1 cup sunflower seeds
2 cups tortilla chips broken
2 cups carrots finely chopped
1 cup feta cheese
0.5 cup blue cheese (optional or substitute for feta)
0.5 lb tomatoes sliced
1 lb lettuce
1 lb spinach
1+ cup blueberries
1 cup almonds diced

1. Chop carrots, slice tomatoes

2. add lettuce and spinach to salad bowl first. makes it easier to mix

3. add tomatoes, carrots

4. mix a little then add all other ingredients

5. mix more until thoroughly homogenized
