Marie's Tartar Sauce

| 1 stalk, chopped fine | celery | |
| 2 tbsp, finely chopped | cornichons | |
| 1 tbsp | horseradish | |
| 2 tbsp, coarsley chopped | flat leaf parsley | |
| 1/2 tsp | dry mustard powder | |
| 6 tbsp | mayonnaise | |
| 1 tsp | lemon juice | |
| to taste | sea salt | |
| fresh ground, to taste | ground black pepper |
1. Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl, mixing well together. Serve with fish. If not using right away, cover and chill in the refrigerator. I always like to make this a few hours ahead of time in order for the flavours to really meld well together.
