Roasted Brussel Sprouts

2 pounds, fresh brussel sprouts
1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons sea salt

1. Cut brussel sprouts in halves or quarters, then toss with the olive oil, vinegar, and salt.

2. Roast on a large metal pan at 400 F in the oven. Stir every ten minutes until brussel sprouts are golden brown, about 45 minutes.
