|1 pound, cubed||smoked sausage|
|2 pounds, diced and boiled||potatoes|
|1 pound, diced||cabbage|
|1 pound, diced||leeks|
|4 tablespoons||whole seed mustard|
1. Saute the leeks in the butter for five minutes.
2. Add the cabbage and sausage, and saute until the cabbage become translucent, roughly 10 minutes.
3. Add the boiled, cubed potatoes and the mustard, and 1/2 cup of water. Boil for another 15-30 minutes, until potatoes are very soft but not mashed.
