Plum Breakfast Custard

8-10 plums
1 cup milk
3 eggs
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 table spoons amaretto

1. Half and pit plums, and arrange face down in a greased 9x9 pan.

2. Mix together all batter ingredients into a loose batter.

3. Pour batter over the plums, being careful not to disturb their placement.

4. Bake at 375 F in the oven for 30-45 minutes, until the edges of the custard part from the sides of the pan and the center is jiggly. Serve warm.
