|2 1/8 cups||flour|
|1/2 tsp||baking soda|
|12 tbsp, melted and cooled slightly||unsalted butter|
|1 cup||brown sugar|
|1/4 cup||honey or granulated sugar|
|1||large egg yolk|
|2 tsp||Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla|
|1 tbsp||sunflower seed oil|
|2 cups||Ghirardelli Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips|
1. Preheat oven to 375 F for 10 minutes then drop to 325 F 3 minutes before baking. Adjust oven racks to the center of the oven. Cover two cookie sheets in parchment paper.
2. Mix flour, salt and baking soda together in medium bow and set aside.
3. Cream butter, sugars and honey together. Cream in egg, yolk, vanilla and oil. Add dry ingredients, mix until combined. Stir in chips.
4. Form into balls slightly smaller than ping pong balls. Place on pan approx. 1/2-3/4 inch apart. Bake for 13 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Remove immediately from pan or place pan on a marble. Having a marble is a great idea for candy or cookie making.
