Quick and Simple Chicken Salad

Preparation Time10 minutes


1/4 cup walnuts chopped
1/4 cup dried cranberries dried cherries work well too!
1/4 cup Light Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 cups chicken (cooked) shredded
1 stalk celery chopped
1/4 tsp Bell's Seasoning or Poultry Seasoning (rosemary, sage, thyme)
to taste salt and pepper

1. Place ingredients in a bowl

2. Mix well

3. Serve in a sandwich or on top of salad greens lightly tossed in balsamic vinegar. Enjoy!

Jess, your chicken salad is providing me great comfort tonight. I just screwed up my first attempted bread loaf and your salad is my comfort food. :) It's really good!
