Grilled Peruvian Flank Steak

Preparation Time45 minutes


1 1/2 lbs grilling steak recommend Flank or Sirloin
1 T olive oil
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 cloves fresh garlic minced

1. Combine all seasoning in olive oil. Rub onto both sides of steak. Let sit in the refrigerator 30 minutes.

2. Preheat Grill (or broiler)

3. Grill 6 minute on each side (or broil). Let beef stand for ten minutes before slicing.
