1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup Butter
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
4 tbsp cocoa
3 zucchini
1 cup Chocolate Chips mini

1. Cream sugars, butter and oil together in a large bowl.

2. Add eggs, vanilla and buttermilk and mix well.

3. Measure dry ingredients and sift into bowl.

4. Mix well, then add zucchini.

5. Add the chocolate chips last as you get ready to place into either a cake pan, 9 x 13 in pan or three bread pans.

6. Bake at 325 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until cake is firm and springs back when touched.
