1. Put eggs in cold water in saucepan. Turn heat on. From rolling boil, time 2 minutes for soft cooked eggs. When ready, remove eggs from hot water and dunk immediately into ice cold water to stop the cooking time until cool to handle. Dry eggs, place in holders, tap 1/3 down from top of egg with a butter knife to crack, then slice open.
2. Toast bread. Butter Bread. Slice into strips.
