enough to have about 1 inch of standing oil in your skillet vegetable oil
1 tablespoon tandori seasoning
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1-2 lbs chicken I usually use thighs or drumsticks with the skin still on, but this is personal preference.

1. Put milk into a bowl.
