|3 handfuls||rocket (arugula)|
|1 1/2 cups||heavy cream|
|1/2 lb or 220g||bacon|
|to taste||salt and pepper|
1. Cook the pasta in water with a little salt and oil. While the pasta is cooking, fry the bacon to a crisp!
2. When the bacon is done, remove the bacon and half the grease from the pan. The remaining half will be your base for the cream sauce. Chop the garlic and add it to the grease. Cook on medium heat, but don't burn the garlic. When the garlic starts to turn golden add the cream. Add salt and pepper to the sauce to taste. Let the sauce reduce and thicken while continuously stirring.
3. Add the sauce to the pasta. The sauce should only coat the pasta. Break the bacon up into small pieces and then add it to the pasta. As you plate the pasta add the arugula and Parmesan. Enjoy!
