Preparation Time10-15 minutes

Serves20+ balls

AmountIngredientPreparation
2 cups walnuts
1/3 - 1/4 cup agave nectar (or honey)
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup cinnamon
2 tablespoons olive oil

1. Process walnuts in food processor until they have a buttery texture.

2. Stir in the remaining ingredients.

3. Roll into bite sized balls (it will be sticky!).

4. Freeze for an hour(they are firmer when frozen) or serve immediately.
