| 1-2 large | plum tomatoes | seeded and chopped |
| 4 large | portobello mushroom caps | destemmed |
| 1/4 cup | parmesan cheese | shredded |
| 1 tablespoon | balsamic vinegar |
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
