2 cups chicken broth
⅓ cup butter
⅓ cup flour
1 tsp. salt
dash nutmeg
dash pepper

1. Mix together all of the ingredients, except for the broth, and cook for a minute at 950 watts.

2. Stir, and add the broth, then heat at 650 watts for five minutes. Stir again.
