One of France's mother sauces, prepared in a microwave
Preparation TimeTen minutes
ServesTwo and a half cups
|2 cups||chicken broth|
1. Mix together all of the ingredients, except for the broth, and cook for a minute at 950 watts.
2. Stir, and add the broth, then heat at 650 watts for five minutes. Stir again.
