|1 Tablespoon||olive oil|
1. Boil 4 cups of water and add your veggie bouillon cube. OR Heat 4 cups of veggie broth. Add the bag of peas and heat until the peas are thoroughly heated. In the meantime, brown the sliced onion in the olive oil.
2. Scoop the peas, broth, and onion into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Serve hot for the winter -OR- add Mint and chill for a nice summer appetizer.
